We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we checked in. The rooms were clean, spacious, and modern. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the free parking spots in front of the building. The location was perfect for tourists, as it was very near to a metro station, making it easy to get around the city. Additionally, we loved that there was a park nearby where we could take our morning jog.

The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, bars, shops, and a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious, stunning, and kept spotlessly clean. I loved spending time in the lovely garden and there were plenty of comfortable seating areas to relax and enjoy a book. The bar and restaurant offered a good variety of choices with reasonable prices. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and supportive, even going the extra mile to accommodate my partner and me, despite our lack of Spanish language skills. They taught us some basic Spanish words and were understanding when we needed some days without room service as I was recovering.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel had free shuttle bus service to and from the airport. The breakfast was very good and the food at the hotel's restaurant was also good. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel had easy access to the metro and city center.
