Surrounded by a garden and a park.

Variety of reasonably large rooms available with an amazing linen, a shower and a walk in closet.

Magnificent restaurant serving Chinese cuisine.

Top-notch service provided.

A gym and spa therapy for a charge.

Rates are excellent.

A few staff members seemed not very helpful to some vacationers.

The hotel is located in a high-end shopping area, with the Cortez mall nearby and the prestigious Celle de Serano just up the street. It is also conveniently situated near the restaurants and shops of Salamanca, allowing me to easily explore this elegant part of the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. The staff was friendly, sweet, helpful, and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel was perfect for us. The rooms were spacious and the bedding was amazing. The shower was fantastic and the hotel staff were very welcoming. We also loved the convenient location, with a nice department store right next to the hotel.

Was all great. Expensive for what it offers. Outdated and in need of a better renovation.

The hotel was in a lovely neighborhood with high-end shops just one block away. The location was perfect, situated on a main street and within walking distance to businesses and recreational areas. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff provided exceptional service. Additionally, the hotel facilities were modern and contemporary, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Nothing could have been better.

We had a very leisurely stay in this hotel located in the heart of the shopping district. The location was perfect for us, as we were able to easily walk to all the attractions this city has to offer. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a stunning jacuzzi and a fantastic spa service. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bedding was so comfortable that our children didn't want to get out of bed until midday. The staff were extremely welcoming and polite, ensuring that we had everything we needed during our stay.
