I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of all the attractions in this city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and modern rooms. I particularly loved the breakfast, which had a wide range of delicious food and drinks. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous, making my experience even better.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was in the center of the city and within walking distance to everything, including the metro Sol. The hotel facilities were great, especially the cleanliness of the rooms which were impeccable. I also had a wonderful breakfast experience, with plenty of options and top-notch service from Elvis in the dining area. The hotel staff in general were very friendly and attentive throughout my stay.

The hotel's proximity to Playa Mayor, Royal Palace, the Prado, and Park Retiro made exploring this city a breeze. Additionally, the staff were friendly and always willing to assist. The breakfast spread was outstanding, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right next to a Metro stop and within walking distance to the city center. It was also close to a market, making it convenient for shopping. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious. Additionally, the hotel had a nice rooftop seating area where I could relax and catch the late afternoon sun. I had a great experience.

We stayed for 4 days and enjoyed every minute. The hotel was superb, very central location minutes from the nearest metro and a 5 minute walk from Sol and Gran Vía. The room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. The standout feature of this hotel however was the breakfast - a huge selection from a typical English/Irish breakfast through to continental style. The quality of the food was very good, some lovely freshly baked bread and a large range to suit all tastes. A nice touch was having lemon and cucumber flavoured water available on arrival in the reception area. Our waiter, Elvis, was very courteous and professional, nothing seemed too much trouble and his attention to detail was spot on. In fact all the staff were really pleasant and professional, they couldn't do enough for you. It was great to be able to leave the bags at the end of our stay also and take advantage of our last day unencumbered as our train didn't leave until the evening. Top class service.
